AngelLift Dermastrips are subject to our “Unconditional Smile Guarantee”, a 30-day money-back guarantee (from the date of receipt of goods), even if the original packaging has been opened and the product used. Refunds do-not include the original cost for shipping and handling.


To be eligible for a return, all items included in the purchase must be returned in their original packaging. 


All returns must be handled as medical waste as items can be used within the oral cavity. Therefore, Angellift is forced to charge a $10 fee for handling and disposal of such items.  


Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process

To request a return for any AngelLift product, please contact our customer support team at: [email protected].

You will need to include your name, phone number, Order ID, the product you are wishing to return, and a brief summary of your request (Reason for Request, Return for Exchange, or Return for Refund) in your email. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase accompanied by all items included in the purchase. Upon acceptance of a return request, our customer support team will issue you a ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) tracking number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without an approved RMA tracking number. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
