- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
General Return Policy
For all other purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.
💡 Requirements for Returns:
- Returns must include the original packaging, whether the product is used or unused.
- Due to safety and cross-contamination concerns, Dermastrips (opened or unopened) and skincare items are considered medical waste. A $10 disposal fee applies to these returns.
