Our Original DermaStrips (0.24 lift) are formulated from a natural, medical-grade hydrogel that is used for cell and collagen regeneration. Over time, this pressure improves cellular function, inhibits new cell growth, and stimulates collagen and elastin regeneration resulting firmer, more youthful-looking skin.  

Our Professional Line DermaStrips (0.52N lift)are formulated with the same ingredients as our personal line DermaStrips but offer a 30% stronger lift to improve and remove lines and wrinkles around the lips and lower portion of the face due to their higher level collagen properties and mechanical strength.

Our Vermilion Strips (0.39N lift) are formulated with ingredients that pull moisture to the lip and provide a vertical lift. They improve a lengthening philtrum, vermilion thinning, lip volume loss, thinning lips, and plump and restore a flatting cupid’s bow.

Differences between DermaStrip types. 

Your Dermastrip purchase includes two, reversible Dermastrips, which can be worn with either side facing outward. They are placed inside the mouth, under the upper or lower lip, along the gum line, just above the teeth, and easily slide into position. Don’t worry if they overlap your teeth slightly as they will still be highly effective. Some people find wearing the strips with the AngelLift wings facing upward more comfortable as it allows more room for the labial frenum.

Only use a single Dermastrip per lip and only wear one Dermastrip at a time (top or bottom).

Which way do I insert my DermaStrips? 

The reason we recommend not using both strips at the same time is due to the fact that it takes a week or so for your mouth to become accustomed to having a foreign object in place for an extended period of time. Most people are not able to keep them both in place without moving their facial muscles and straining during treatments. This is counterproductive as it is these repeated facial strains that are the leading cause of dynamic wrinkles forming. During your treatments, you should keep your facial muscles relaxed and refrain from a lot of movement to keep the strips from sliding around unwittingly. All of this being said, if you find that you can keep both securely in place at the same time, there is no harm in doing so. If not, you can treat one area for up to 30 minutes and then move on to the other area for up to 30 minutes. (Treatments in both areas can be done on the same day, back to back, or spread out whatever is more efficient for you).

Why can't I wear both strips at the same time?

The strips will slide during the first week to 10 days. This is normal as your mouth needs to make room for them. After that period, they will stay in place quite easily. Also, they are working whether they remain over your teeth or your gums. The most important issue is to relax your face once you insert them. You must not tense any muscles around your mouth, lips, or cheeks.

Strips are slipping, is this normal?

AngelLift Dermastrips are subject to our “Unconditional Smile Guarantee”, a 30-day money-back guarantee (from the date of receipt of goods), even if the original packaging has been opened and the product used. Refunds do-not include the original cost for shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a return, all items included in the purchase must be returned in their original packaging. 

All returns must be handled as medical waste as items can be used within the oral cavity. Therefore, Angellift is forced to charge a $10 fee for handling and disposal of such items.  

Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process
To request a return for any AngelLift product, please contact our customer support team at: support@angellift.com.

You will need to include your name, phone number, Order ID, the product you are wishing to return, and a brief summary of your request (Reason for Request, Return for Exchange, or Return for Refund) in your email. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase accompanied by all items included in the purchase. Upon acceptance of a return request, our customer support team will issue you a ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) tracking number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without an approved RMA tracking number. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your return policy?

AngelLift will replace authentic DermaStrip/Vermilion products eligible for the one (1) year warranty service with merchandise of equal value. The warranty covers any problems resulting from recommended usage of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through angellift.com, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to loss, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the product instructions. Warranty is not applicable to past or future purchases and only applies to the strips ordered at the time of checkout. 

 
To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt or order number for the warranty period. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions from Customer Care on how to return your AngelLift product. We reserve the right to replace a defective product with the most available comparable product.
