To qualify for a return, we kindly ask that all items—whether used or unused—be returned in their original packaging. Given the specific use of our products within the oral cavity, we treat all returns as medical waste (opened or unopened). To manage the handling and disposal of these items, a nominal $10 fee is charged.

Please note that shipping and handling costs incurred for order fulfillment, including anti-plaque coatings, are non-refundable. Discounted items are considered final sales and, as such, are not eligible for return or exchange.

4️⃣ Send It Off: Ship your returns to the address provided by our customer support team.
