Returning a Product is Easy! 😊
We want to ensure your return experience is smooth and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Keep the Original Packaging
Make sure to keep all items in their original condition and packaging. This is required to process your return!
Step 2: Notify Us
📧 Contact our Customer Support Team:
Email us at [email protected] and include:
- Your name and phone number
- Order ID
- The product(s) you’re returning
- A brief explanation (e.g., return for refund or exchange, and your reason for returning).
💡 Reconciliation Opportunity:
When you contact us, we may ask why you’re returning the item. This allows us to better understand your concerns and see if there’s anything we can do to resolve the issue for you! Whether it’s troubleshooting, offering guidance, or discussing alternative solutions, we’ll do our best to ensure your satisfaction before processing your return. ❤️
💡 Important: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included in your return package to ensure smooth processing.
Step 3: Ship It Back
📦 Send your return package to the address we provide and include:
- Your order details (like your Order ID and contact info).
- The RMA number we issued to you.
✈️ Shipping Tips:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Please note, we don’t cover return shipping costs or provide return labels.
Step 4: Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and initiate the refund process:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A $10 disposal fee applies to Dermastrips and other medical waste items per our policy.
- Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees from the original order.
Step 5: Be Patient
💸 Refunds may take a few days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
A Few Notes to Keep in Mind
- First-Time Buyers: Refunds are available for your first AngelLift purchase within 30 days of delivery—even if the product has been opened or used!
- Other Purchases: Returns are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of delivery, with original packaging included.
- Some items are non-refundable, such as Protynal Collagen Gummies, Anti-Plaque Coating, discounted items, international orders, and shipping fees. Store credit may still apply on a case-by-case basis.
